Dedicated Room Block
We have a dedicated room block at the conference hotel, the Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown.
We are offering a discounted nightly room rate of $279.00++ from Tuesday, May 26 to Thursday, May 28, 2026.
Reservations must be made by Tuesday, May 5, 2026, which is the cutoff date.
However, please note that due to high demand, rooms may sell out before the cutoff date, so we recommend booking your accommodation sooner rather than later.
