Tria Deibert is a purpose-driven executive and culture architect whose work has helped make Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) one of the most recognized and inspiring workplaces in healthcare. Since joining HMH in 2005 as a marketing manager for Riverview Medical Center, she has held progressive leadership roles, most recently serving as Vice President of Culture and Team Member Experience before being named Senior Vice President of Culture and Team Member Wellbeing. Tria leads strategies that fuse data and humanity to strengthen leadership, engagement and wellbeing across more than 38,000 team members. Known for her warmth, creativity and results-oriented approach, she has helped build a culture where recognition is routine, gratitude is measurable and every team member feels seen, valued and inspired to keep getting better.
Among other workplace recognitions, Hackensack Meridian Health is a 2025 Fortune 100 Best Place to Work and ranked #4 on the Fortune Best Workplaces in Healthcare list. Tria holds a BA from St. John Fisher College and an MAOL from Rider University.
