As AVP of Human Resources & Employee Health at Adventist HealthCare, Nicole oversees the delivery of complex services spanning health and welfare, retirement and voluntary benefits, leave of absence management, occupational health, workers’ compensation, and holistic well-being programs. She leads LifeWork Strategies, a revenue-generating business unit within the health system that provides well-being and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to Adventist HealthCare employees and markets these services nationally and internationally.

In addition to benefits and well-being leadership, Nicole brings deep expertise in Employee Relations, driving project management and strategic design and implementation to enhance organizational culture, labor relations, and workforce engagement. Nicole’s integrated approach ensures alignment between HR operations and broader business objectives, delivering scalable solutions that support both employee needs and system-wide goals.
