MICHELLE ADAMOLEKUN is the Executive Vice President and Chief People & Culture Officer at Cone Health, where she leads human resources strategy and cultural transformation for the Greensboro-based health system. Since joining Cone Health in 2021, she has championed initiatives that strengthen workforce development, diversity, and employee engagement.

Under her leadership, Cone Health has been recognized by Forbes as one of the Best Employers for Diversity and Best Employers for Women, along with earning Great Place to Work and Family Forward NC certifications, reflecting her commitment to inclusive excellence.

Michelle has spearheaded programs such as the DEI Leader Toolkit and the Health Equity & Belonging curriculum, while also advancing workforce innovation through Cone Health University. Prior to Cone Health, she held executive HR leadership roles at Novant Health and Ascension Health, bringing more than two decades of human resources experience in five industries.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and Texas State University, Michelle is widely regarded as a visionary HR executive driving cultural intelligence, organizational growth and transformation.
