Mary Baszkowski is driven to create a better experience in health care by improving performance, one person at a time. As director of Culture and Team Member Experience, Mary focuses on the moments that matter to create a positive and engaging workplace for team members at Hackensack Meridian Health, from recruitment to retirement.
Mary’s career at Hackensack Meridian Health began in 2016 within Human Resources. Her diverse experience spans the Team Member Service Center, Learning and Development, and now, Culture and Team Member Wellbeing. This breadth of knowledge allows her to approach team member experience with a holistic and insightful perspective.
Mary holds a Bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University and an MBA from The University of Arizona Global Campus. She is also certified as an Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner from the David L. Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry, DDI Facilitator, Civil Treatment Facilitator through ELI, Inc and a Certified Facilitator for the Leadership Challenge.
