Dian Ginsberg, EdD, is a highly esteemed professional who currently holds the position of Learning Institute Consultant with Tampa General Hospital. Her area of expertise is focused on the development and facilitation of professional development content designed to improve patient outcomes while creating a healthy organizational culture. Additionally, Dr. Ginsberg serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) consultant and faculty member for the American Association for Physician Leadership, in addition to her role as an executive coach for the TEDx entrepreneurs’ program. A certified professional career coach, Dr. Ginsberg has also worked with a range of esteemed organizations, including MD Anderson Cancer Center, CIGNA, Methodist Healthcare, Envision Healthcare, AdventHealth, Blue Cross Blue Shield, University of Maryland Medical System, Texas Health, and BayCare Health, to develop longitudinal physician leadership programs. Additionally, she managed AAPL’s career and professional development division, which offered a comprehensive portfolio of services, including resume/CV writing, executive coaching, and physician support services.
