Beth Green
Chief Human Resources Officer Cooper University Health System
Ms. Green is the strategic leader of Human Resources at Cooper, responsible for attracting, developing, and engaging talent to drive organizational performance and deliver the exceptional Cooper experience. With more than 30 years of healthcare HR expertise, she has advanced through progressive leadership roles since beginning her career at Cooper in 1988.
Before rejoining Cooper in 2013, Ms. Green founded and led a coaching and consulting firm that helped individuals and organizations achieve outstanding results. She is an active member of professional HR organizations, having served with NJSHHRA and ASHHRA, and currently contributes as a board member for the Camden County Workforce Development Board and Cathedral Kitchen.
Ms. Green holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Rowan University and a master’s degree in Human Organizational Science from Villanova University. She is a certified executive coach, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt-certified, and holds multiple professional credentials, including SPHR, PCC, CSC, and CCL facilitator certification.
