Adele joined Dayton Children’s Hospital in August 2021 as VP and CHRO, bringing extensive experience in HR and healthcare operations management. A proactive leader with a passion for workforce strategies that drive clinical excellence, she serves on the Senior Leadership Team and leads all workforce programs including, talent, organizational development and learning, compensation, benefits, employee health and wellbeing, workforce policies, employee data analytics and solutions, and culture and belonging. Previously, Adele held senior HR roles with Bon Secours Mercy Health and HCA Healthcare, where she led large-scale physician services and workforce initiatives. Known for her approachable style and servant leadership, Adele is also active in community service through Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and board service A Cincinnati native, she enjoys travel, reading, and time with her family.
