*A healthcare organization must provide care to patients, and must not provide HR solutions or services for a fee to any other company.
Free access is only granted once approval of eligibility is confirmed. LEAP HR retain the right to reject or cancel your registration if eligibility criteria are not met, and paid registration will then be required to access the event.
LEAP HR reserves the right to charge free access guests a non-refundable charge of $100 if they do not attend the entire event if they fail to give 7 working days’ notice of non-attendance.
**Service and Solution Providers refer to all employees from HR service provider organizations who partner with, and provide services to hospitals, health systems and any other relevant healthcare providing organization. Non-sponsoring solution providers may only send one attendee per organization. You may only attend as an attendee for one year before we ask you to support the event as a partner as a requirement for entry in subsequent years. All purchases are subject to approval based on the ratio of HR leaders to solution providers at the conference.
